I have a presentation that I need to break into two separate presentations.
Is this possible or do I just need to start over?

Does PowerPoint 2007 has a limitation to 50 slides show? I save as my work
but only 1st 50 slides showed up every time, cannot figure out why, help
needed please. (e-mail address removed). Many thanks, Mike

Go to Slide Show > Set Up Show. See if it lists certain slides as being in
the slide show. Alternatively, see if it lists a custom show. Alternatively,
check to see if any of your slides are hidden.

You can do this in a number of ways. You can make a copy of a presentation
and delete half the slides from each of your presentations (preferably a
different half). You can create a new presentation and import slides from
the first one into the new one. You can keep one presentation and set up two
custom shows. Whatever you do, save a copy of the good presentation in case
you mess something up so you can always go back to the original.

Dear Chagwood.

Keep original file: Name
Save as NamePart1. Delete the 2nd half of your presentation.
Open original file.
Save as NamePart2. Delete the 1st half of your presentation.

Or your could use the Save Selection As PowerPoint add-in...

My last présentation was made of 250 slides

Save the presentation under a new name. Open up both the old and new
presentation and delete the slides that you don't want from each and the
save your presentations. If you want to have both your presentations run one
after the other, then look here on how to link you presentations.
