using XP and Power point 97
trying to open a file returns an error mess 'cannot open file (file name)
in other word if file name is today.ppt error message is 'cannot open file type today'
need to say that saving the file did not proceed normally I had to use the task manager to get out of a hung out
anybody's help would be appreciated
