How do I insert a picture in the same place for each page in PowerPoint

You can put it on the master (View > Master > Slide Master) or you can put
it on one slide and then copy and paste from that slide to the other slides.

The easiest way is to just add the images, then select them all and align
them to center (vertically and horizontally).

Did you want the same image on each slide in the same place. If so place
the image on the master slide.

If you wanted a placeholder so individual slides will have different images
of the same size you can do that easiest in PPT 2007 (don't know of a easy
way in 2003 or earlier) by using the master slide setup shown in this quick
movie. (Long URL that begins with http: and ends with 51033)
