Power Point add html file to

I want to make a small html file imbeded in a Power Point slide using Office 2000

I want the slide to show a small on-screen crawl similar to a news Headlines on the bottom of a TV screen. I'm not satisfied with the crawl animation feature in Power Point. I've made the html file in Front Page and can open it in Internet Explorer but I want it show on a Power Point slide

I can't find how to imbed that html file to run on the Power Point slide
