Hi,
I want to represent power notation in word. In maths,
a raise to b, I want b to appear on the right of a but above the baseline.
How do I do it?

Thanks
Vipin

Hi Vipin

Select the b, then do Format > Font and tick Superscript.

Or, for more complex equations, insert an equation using Insert > Object >
Microsoft Equation. If you don't see that in the Insert > Object list,
you'll need to use Control Panel > Add or remove programs to install the
Equation Editor.

Hope this helps.

The keyboard shortcut for Superscript is Ctrl+Shift+=
