Hi,
I have 2 Compaq DL360's each with 3 GB memory that are an
Active Active Cluster. The severs are SAN attached to a
Compaq EVA. The roles of the servers are File Storage and
Applications.
The problem I am having is when I access the Device
Manager the MMC stops responding and when I end it and
then log off the server I receive "Power Meter not
Responding" or "MMC not Responding". This will happen to
both servers, but if I reboot them then the device manager
is accessible. But then after a period of time the Device
manager's will stop responding. I have installed SP4 but
still same results. I checked the event loggs and do not
see any errors relating to hardware or driver errors. I
get the typical Cluster warning whens services fail over.
I get DCOM errors due to the fact that I have the
removable storage service disable because Veritas
NetBackup software is installed.
Any ideas?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Patrick Zook
