powepoint question

I am missing the first letter in every line in powerpoint 2000
presentation, but it works fine in Powerpoint 2003 with know problems.
Is the a way to fix in in 2000?

Which font did you use for your presentation? Double-check that it's
installed on the machine running PPT 2000.
