Potential Worm Activity Detected

I downloaded several pictures from my digital camera and
tried to send them via email and received this message
from McAfee: The last few sent emails contained similar
subjects or body content. My options were to stop email,
learn more and continue what I was doing. My question is
did I get this message because they were all named the
same thing? How could they have a worm from my camera,
additionally, I ran a virus scan this morning.

Some camera vendors have Spyware in their installation CD's.
This happened to me - confirmed. The suspected worm, by McAfee
was a "positive" detection but not a virus.
