I just upgraded my PC to Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit. After re-installing
Office 2007 I started getting the default security warning any time I cliked
on a hyperlink to an internal file.
When I originally installed Office 2007 on the same machine running XP I got
the same warnings. I was able to correct this by making the "Disable
hyperlink warnings for 2007 Office programs" registry edit in Microsoft
Knowledge Base Article 925757. I performed the same registry edit in Windows
7, but the dialog box still persists even after a reboot. Is there a
different fix needed for Win 7?
Thanks,
