Hi Guys,
We have a strange problem here with our intranet where on
some users machines the powerpoint templates that we have
posted in *.pot form display quite differently.
On some machines, it displays full screen, and exactly the
same as if we were playing a powerpoint presentation.
On other machines it displays the first slide in a smaller
IE window, and allows up to scroll through the slides in a
sort of preview fashion. It also has the standard IE
toolbar as well as file, edit view etc.
A couple of questions spring from this behaviour:
1. What shows a poeerpoint in IE? it is an IE plugin or a
powerpoint plugin?
2. considering that we want everyone to be able to click
file and then save as and save the templates, what setting
do we need to change in order for the slide show not to
play in full screen and still display the ie toolbars?
Regards,
Scott.
