also gives a message "that two ECF files are missing and i can go to the help
menu and click on detect and repair to fix the problem - i did and it didn't."

How do i fix these tow problems?

In Control Panel, run the Mail applet and remove the Exchange account from
your mail profile.

I upgraded Office to 2003 - the number that follows (version?) is 11.5608.5606
How do i make a new profile?

Thanks for your help,

Wen

In COntrol Panel, start the Mail applet. Then click Show Profiles, select
your profile, and click Properties. Click E-mail Accounts, then Next.
Select the Exchange account and click Remove. Click Finish.
