Posting to two calendars

Using Outlook 2003 . . Each person in the office has a personal calendar. We
also have an additional calendar for everyone to post their vacation time to.

Is it possible to post my vacation to my personal calendar and have it
simultaneously post to the vacation calender? Likewise, can I delete
vacation time from my personal calendar and have it simultaneously deleted on
the vacation calendar?
