posting to a calendar

Hi,

I have a client who is posting appointments in a public
calendar. When another client who needs to see these
appointments views the post there are problems. For
instance, if an appointment was posted on Thursday by the
first client, when the second client goes to view it on
her outlook it will show that appointment for Thursday
and it will post it for the day prior. So it will show on
the second clients outlook appointments for both days.
The first client is running outlook xp, who is doing the
posting, and the second client is running outlook 2000,
who is doing the reviewing. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like they're in different time zones, in which case, this is normal behavior.
