I posted a question a while ago and got an answer. I cannot figure out how to
reply to a reply.
There seem to be for vune for that.

Since you're using the clunky Web interface, while viewing the post you want
to reply to, click Reply. Type in your message in the appropriate place and
then click Post.

I was looking for a blank window. Thanks for the tip. Cab you point me
toward a non-clunky window?

There are a few news readers out there, but you can easily use Outlook
Express.

Setting up Outlook Express to access Microsoft newsgroups:

You should have one already as you are using XP
Microsoft "Outlook Express"
