I think that somewhere there is a free download for a Powerpoint reader but am unable to find it. Does anyone know where I might find one?

I would also be able to post a powerpoint presentation to the web without having the slide column on the right hand side. I know how to create a .pps, but don't know how to post it to the internet so that when one clicks on the URL the Powerpoint automatically comes up.

Hi Deb,

This should keep you busy <g>.

Download Free PowerPoint Viewers
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00153.htm

Put your PowerPoint-generated HTML on the web

Also, not everyone wants the outline view.

Get rid of the outline pane and navigation controls in HTML from PowerPoint
2000 and up

And also...

Making PowerPoint 2002 (XP) HTML open full screen
