post windows logo startup screen

i have recently had to reinstall windows xp home edition owing to a problem
before.
when i start my pc everytime i get a black screen which says..... which
version do you want to start up in windows xp home edition or windows if you
don't make a choice in 30 seconds the system will start in xp.
how do i stop getting this everytime i start my pc and let it go straight to
the windows xp logo startup? thanks in advance . hope ive asked this in the
right group.
 
Right click My Computer, select Properties, Advanced, Startup and Recovery, Settings. In the System Startup section click the Edit button to edit your BOOT.INI file. If you're not sure what you're changing, post back with more details and a copy of your BOOT.INI file.
