Post SP4 hotfix

hello,
Has anyone come across a hotfix (Q822428) that addresses a slow logon and
logoff issue when using a Citrix client? I have seen mention to this hotfix
on Citrix's web site but nobody can seem to find it.

That article references an internal article for ICA and notepad, it doesnt
reference logins.
