post retreive and tts issue

I tried to retreive all the posts I have written within these years (2004 -
present) with the registered name UNIORYOU. When I reopened the archived
emails, the headers of the emails replied by other members in the community
group turned blurry after several years. *language decoding option does not
solve the problem*
At the moment, I encounter a similar problem that I did several years ago
and I have no way to retrieve the same answer from the emails post.

I wish to know how this could be happened. any tricks?

problems : Several strange websites keep popping up. I need to get rid of
them as soon as possible. I do not install messenger plus on my pc.


Text to speech problem:
it fails to work. The audio output is working perfectly for audio pleasure
such as listening to music and watching videos with audio soundtracks. When I
press the test voice in the voice recogniion section in control panel. it
alerts me to change another voice and audio output, I tried and it did not
resume to normality. I have microsoft sam, mike, mary installed on my pc.
None of them could speak the defulat text in the box. I also intalled
Microsoft SDK5.1 program to enhance the tts environment but nothing helps.


Please advise

Memory IGHz
HDD 40G
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition (japanese language
language inclusive)
Internet Explorer 6 (128 bit Encryption)
