Sorry Maria, I am not that familiar with the workings of Outlook.

Outlook Help "public folders" returns at least one method of posting
information, including files, to a public folder.

Perhaps the Outlook news groups could be of assistance.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the
hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at
