Possible WMI Problem

installed exchange 2000, i keep getting in my application
event log mad monitoring could not connect to wmi, my
win32 service is not installed, and i don't know how to
install it, any help would be great thanks..

I'm by no means an expert or claim to be one when it comes to Exchange <g>
and this should be re-posted in the Exchange newsgroup should the following
article not resolve your issue:

Should the hex value be different in the event you're experiencing and the
