possible virus in pc

I have a message that is being blocked by my antivirus sotware that has
fileMSHTA,exe. it try's to open when i check on my user accounts. I think
someone has hijacked my puter,but spybot dont catch it neither do microsoft
beta security. do's anyone know what this file is?
 
User Accounts does use HTA (HyperText Application) files to do its job. MSHTA.EXE is the executable that processes HTA files. This is normal.

What is the message ? I have a verizon-msn account which is dsl hookup .When I try to go to control panel and then users ,I get a popup that syas MSHTA.exe. my mcaffee firewall says it is a suspicious script and do I want to block it so i block it I also have spybot search and destroy and microsoft beta antispyware on my puter. i think someone has accessed my puter.it acts funny lately i cant disable my lan setting like i used to

..I think someone has hacked into it and somehow got on as a user account.
