Possible virus file?

I received a message with an attachment named "MailRL.exe". I haven't
opened it as it came from an unknown source. Could this be a virus?

There is a high probability that it's a virus.
NEVER open exe files that come as an attachment!
Delete it.

Wether your scanner detects it or not:

Did I ask for it? -> No -> Delete it

yes... but it could also contain the caramilk secret...

i found a needle on the street in front of my house the other day... i
haven't used it because i don't know where it's been... could it be
contaminated?
