Possible to import and export Email Account settings?

One headache for people who have to use many different email accounts
is recreating them everytime they have a new installation of OUtlook.
CAn is save the settings to a file and recreate them on another
outlook installation?

Certainly. Office 2003 (don't know about prior versions) has a "Save My
Settings" Wizard which will save all the email account details to a file.
You can then import this file into a new installation...
