It may be possible, but not wise. From one manufacturer, here's why...
"0ne session recommended. You may have problems should you attempt to
create/play multisession "Audio-only" CDs."
Most home and car stereos will only see the second and/or last session of
a multisession Audio CD. Many of these players are not able to
read/understand the link to the previous sessions in the TOC.
Therefore, unless your Audio CD player can overcome this problem, it is
recommended that only one session of audio data be recorded onto an Audio
CD disc.
It is important to remember that multisession audio CDs are not within the
Audio CD specification and may only play the last session or not work at
all in many players. Attempting to copy a multisession Audio CD may
produce unpredictable results."
