Yes.
Create the .wmv file from PhotoStory and save outside the FrontPage
web.
Open the web in FrontPage, then File->Import the file into a folder in
the website. Create a link to the file in a page.
Note that the resulting .wmv files may be very large (mine are between
7MB and 20MB, which may be too big for a web site.)
Also, your users may have to download the codec required to view the
files in Windows Media Player.
