There is a guy on eBay who is selling several copies of Visual Studio.NET
Enterprise Architect 2003. He had the part number listed as X09-60942, but I
couldn't find it listed in Microsoft's product catalog or anywhere in a web
search. In a followup email, he said the SKU is G77-00206A. He says the
software is "a full (not upgrade) license". However, he also said that it
comes shipped in a brown box and he bought 55 copies from Microsoft as part
of a special promotion, so this leads me to believe it is actually the 2002
2003 upgrade which Microsoft was selling for $29. Still I am unable to
verify the part or sku number. The reason I am concerned is that he is
starting the bidding at $850, and I hate to see people get ripped off. Can
anyone add any insight into this?

G77-00206 is definitely Microsoft's part number for the upgrade. The "A"
suffix is unlikely to turn it into a full license.

Part numbers which start with X are not product part numbers. They are only
used by fulfillment to identify individual discs.
