Possible deadlock Condition" message on console screen

I have Wins2000 server with SP 3 installed. When I logged
in to this server recently, I see "Possible deadlock
Condition" message on console screen. Does anyone know
what causes this problem and how to fix it?

all discuss this error ... Sounds like it's most likely an error message
generated from a app running on the server other than the OS ... Hope this
