Possible Bug: System Tray Icon

This may be a potential issue here - I check the box under
settings to "Hide the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the
system tray."
It will go away then (after a log-off or reboot - not
after hitting apply or closing the program even), but when
it does a scheduled scan, or you open the program
manually, it puts the icon back in the system tray, and it
does not disappear like it should according to that option.
 
Silly me - running XP Pro - all updates including SP2 and
most recent patches from earlier this week. Don't know if
that will help anybody or not - but forgot to mention it
in my initial post.
