This may be a potential issue here - I check the box under
settings to "Hide the Microsoft AntiSpyware icon on the
system tray."
It will go away then (after a log-off or reboot - not
after hitting apply or closing the program even), but when
it does a scheduled scan, or you open the program
manually, it puts the icon back in the system tray, and it
does not disappear like it should according to that option.
