Portions of web pages not available

After a reinstall of windows XP and IE6sp2, some web pages will have a region
in which a message appears saying that this page cannot be loaded. Other
modules in the web page are fine. Any ideas about a fix?

Many web pages today are a patchwork of content that comes from several
different servers owned by different organizations. This is particularly
true in the case of advertising. If one or more of those servers are, for
some reason, unable to deliver their content to you, you will see blank
spaces, spaces with text, or some error message from Windows. [Content
providers are able to specify a text message that will be displayed if their
content doesn't make it all the way to you.]

If the content from a given server doesn't display, it may be due to
problems on the internet, problems with your ISP, or because your computer
is blocking the content. Reasons your computer may be blocking the content
include filtering software you have installed or that you have placed the
domain in the Restricted Zone, among many other reasons.
