Portions of some web pages have x-ed out with red x.

I was trying to purchase tickets online at ticketmaster and all was going
fine until I got to the page where I was to actually execute the order and
some portions of the web page including the part where I needed to click
continue was x-ed out with a red and I could not continue. All other web
pages I go to do not have this. What is happening.
