MSN Messenger is an instant messaging program that lets you send instant
messages with cool emoticons, send pictures and other files to your friends,
see when someone is typing a message to you, page a contact's mobile phone,
and much more. Now for USB!

the part of messenger that 'paged a contact's mobile phone' is not working --
any help with this would be appreciated. i made an earlier post on 4-7 in
regard to this. i had upgraded to msn messenger 7.5 and went back to 7.0 -
because this feature of paging a contacts phone has been available for at
approx. 2 yrs - contacts currently receive an error message "msn mobile is
temporarily unavailable" - this has happened since march 21st ---can you help
me w/this feature??

You can ask Jonathan Kay about that...,

He is the King of MSN messenger knowledge :-)

Repost as a new thread so he can see it.

I haven't compared the files or anything, but I would assume so as I do the same thing myself
all the time having to deal with multiple versions here.

It did enable me to do this: (3 messengers in a row!)

I thought you couldn't do this, because you had to install each messenger!

This is useful to me, since I did want the option to have the older
messenger 7.5 while
8 is still in beta... and may even keep it afterwards too....
