Is it possible to be able to downloand account information on to a floopy disk/USB stick so that emails can be sent or received on a different computer than my main computer. If it can be done what do i have to do?

Not in any way that I know of...what's your setup? Are you on a network? If
so, if you use a domain, you can use roaming profiles....

All our PC's are on a "stand alone" basis and are connected to the interrnet but we have no network so it becomes really fustrating when you are at a "foreign" PC and have to send emails under that PCs identity. I have in the past set up a new account with my detials etc. but i was wondering if there was some form of shortcu

Alas, not that I know of. Perhaps you could use webmail....even if your ISP
doesn't offer it, www.mail2web.com might work for you.
