Have you ever played with the IP filtering part of a computers TCP/IP
properties?? If you have, you can do the same. Just the GUIs a bit
different.
Navigate to \Computer Configuration\ Windows Settings\ Security Settings\ IP
Security\ Policies
Right-click and choose Manage IP filter lists and actions.
In the resultant dialog, either create a new filter list or edit an existing
one.
For example, if you double-click IP Filter List you can rename this and
specify which protocols and ports can be used; if it's not specified it
doesn't work.
Just remember to test first. Create an OU called test or something, add a
machine and create and link the GPO to that OU; configure these settings on
that GPO and see the effects on the test PC before unleashing this across an
OU or your domain.
Hope this helps,
