I would boot into safe mode, (reboot, press F8 when you see the blinking
cursor, select safe mode) find the file, and delete it, reboot normally.
However, I suspect that it would reappear, so I would recommend you download
Ad-Aware and Spybot - Search & Destroy and Spyware Blaster. Run them and
check out what your system has that can be cleaned out.

you may not be able to run the programs that installed them.
