Popups Wanted

All of the pages that I visit that have popup content
(not ads) do not display the images, text, etc. in the
popup. It is just a blank box.

How can I repair this?
 
I am having the same problem. It is probably caused by a
popup blocker you may have. I deleted my popup blocker,
but I am still having problems with this.
