PopUpCop works in Vista

Yep. I found that out a while ago. Great little utility, isn't it.

Another area of improvement is Vista's firewall and ZA free; the later can
display a notice every time an app attempts to use the TCP/IP protocol stack
(Vista's f/w does not). And, IIRC, ZA free is not Vista compatibility yet.
