popup (unlock computer)/restore

I have a popup when I am online which reads (unlock computer) then it like
asks me for my login id and password..this happens when i idle for a
minute...very annoying.....second i cannot system restore it is locked....Help

Please ensure your computer is completely virus/malware-free by going
