Hello everyone.
This is my first question here, so pls be nice. :)
I have read alot of Q in this forum and there are so many helpful people
here answering them, so I hope you can help me to.

What I want to do, is to have the PopUp property of the active form to be
set to true, then take a printscreen of that form (as when you press ALT +
Printscreen).
Then to open up an new message in Outlook 2000 and paste the printscreen.
After that, set the PopUp property for the same form back to false again.
If the PopUp is false, the printscreen takes all of Access, and I only want
the active form.

I know you can use VB to change the PopUp property (I think so), but is it
possible to do this while the form is open?
And can Access do Print Screen???

The part about opening a new message in Outlook I have done before, so I
hope I remember how to do that. Could use some help with the pasting anyway I
guess. ;)
I use Access 2000.

Grateful for any help.

hi,
what are you trying to do. capture a pastable image of
your form. the technique you outlined wont work.
alt+print screen captures the top window. if you do with
this access, it will capture all of the access window, not
just the form.
instead, do the print screen and paste into paint. then
copy out the form. i have done that to paste just the form
image into word documents for work instuctions.
i imagine that you could paste them into outlook too.

I know that happends when you press ALT + Print Screen.
That is why I need the active form to be a popup.
When you press ALT + Print Screen on a popup, it only copies the popupform
since the "whole" Access no longer is active, only the popup.

I could do like you say, but it would take to long time, and I am trying to
cut down on manual things like this one.
