popup killer and spyware

What are the best free progrms for the above? thanks

I assume that you mean a spyware killer and not actual spyware. It would
be AdAware and Spybot. I am not sure about popup killers though.

Try the new google add on toolbar...the pop up filter is great!

I also use AdsGone and it seems to work pretty good and its free. Just
another idea.
