popup blocker

I did a system restore and now there is some type of
popup blocker and I can not reply to e-mails through web
mail. I can't find it, any ideas.

Hi,
You probably have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows-
something like Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, MSN toolbar, a firewall,
Earthlink (or another) pop-up blocker, etc.

You'll have to uninstall the program or turn off the feature that's blocking
new windows.

With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.

Other possibilities for "can't open a new window"
