Popup at startup

After booting when I click on the start button a popup
meaasage appears stating I have to many icons for the
screen and suggesting I make the icons smaller. I only
have 25 icons which occuppy about 1/3 of the screen so I
find this message a bit ambigious. What is is for and how
do I get rid of it? This just started recently after I
activated a program named MemTurbo. Could it be the
casuse? Thank You,
