Popup Ads when I start ie6

I never had this problem until I installed a certain
program. Now I uninstalled it but every time I start
Internet Explorer a bunch of popup ads show up.

How can I stop this from happening. There must be a
script somewhere that is controlling this.

You do have the latest reference files and the latest Ad-Aware V6.181?
Lower right corner.
