Populate To: field in Email from Custom Contact

Hi,

I don't know VB or VBA. I was wondering if someone could walk me
through the steps to populate the To: field of a new email which is
opened by a CustomAction in a Customized Contact Form.

I want to pull the Email address from the Customized Contact Form into
the new Email's To: Field.

I realize this has VBA associated with it so, if you are kind enough to
respond, would you mind including the code and ~where~ to put the code?

I feel like a moron for asking this question but I can't find the
answer in any forums.

The sample form at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms/contfax.htm should give
you a good example to work from. It populates the To field with an address
built from the contact's fax number.
