It is possible that you may have some malware, spyware or adware on your
system.
Download, install and run the programs below to clean any of these that
might be on your system. Be sure to update both SpyBot and AdAware before
running them to be sure they have the latest definitions. Then try the
information that follows below.

IMPORTANT:
Before trying to remove spyware using the programs below, download a copy of
LSPFIX from the URL below - some malware may kill your internet connection
when it is removed, this program will enable you to regain your connection.

AdAware: Free

if not, then try the following.....

And... you have a program running which is blocking pop-up windows-
something like Yahoo Companion, Google toolbar, a firewall, Earthlink (or
another) pop-up blocker, etc.

You'll have to uninstall the program or turn off the feature that's blocking
new windows.

With some programs of this type, using Ctrl+click or Shift+click will allow
a new window.

Hi Naoto :-)

Here is another bit of information you might also try.

How to Enable Pop-ups

The above issue can occur, if you have not enabled Activex scripts or jave
scripts.

Try enabling the scripts in IE by following the steps given below:

1.Open IE and click Tools and select Internet Options.
2.Click Security and click Custom level.
3.Scroll down the tab and enable all the options under "Activex control
and plugins".
4.Also enable the options under "Java VM" in the scroll list.
5.Click Ok.

Hope this helps.
