popcorn - notifier - add

evrytime I open the internet explorer and this notifier comes up and wont let
me do anything I have to do ctrl alt del and stop it via the task manager.

It looks like is a notifier from a website asking me to subscribe? It is
called "popcorn"
Any idea how to get rid of it. I runned ad aware and it keeps coming back

Try to uninstall it from the Add/Remove Programs.
Do scan on line from here;
