Here's Symantec's write up, including manual removal instructions, for one
pest using names similar to those you have posted--if this seems to fit what
you actually find on your machine, you could use their manual removal steps.

Alternatively, you could try an online antivirus scan with a scanner known
to target spyware as well as traditional viruses, and to allow removal as
well. One such scanner is Trend Micro's:

This involves less manual labor, and is probably safer--no registry
editing--so if it were me, I'd try Housecall first, and if it failed, start
looking closely at Symantec's instructions and comparing them to what I find
actually in place on the machine.
Additionally--if Microsoft Antispyware has failed to detect this, or failed
to remove it, with the machine started in safe mode--please send in a Tools,
Suspected Spyware report--they need to know what they are missing out there.
