POP3 & STMP

I wish to use Outlook Express but require
POP3 and STMP settings and others if required.
AOL will not give them to me, have tried to find
on Explorer to use with msn hotmail.
How do I find this information?

If you have an AOL account you can call them at 1-800-827-6364 and they will
supply this information provided you can give them an active account name
