POP3,SMTP

I am trying to setup my OE but I need my POP3 and SMTP
information and I do not know what these two things are
or how about getting the information that I need. If
anyone can help, thanks.

Ask your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for that information. POP3 is
the server over which you'll receive your e-mail, SMTP sends it. The
names would look like pop.example.net and mail.example.net.
