I can't set up email. have tried several adresses for pop 3 and smpt but
they don't work

I have exactly the same problem. I can receive mail, but I can't send it.

Are you a Comcast customer? If not who is your mail provider and/or your
ISP?

Incoming mail (POP3): mail.comcast.net
Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.comcast.net
Check My server requires authentication
