Hi,
I have set up a Windows 2003 Small Business Server for a
client. They recieve incomming email via POP3 User
Mailboxes (not global ones). When a user on the server
receives a message as a result of being on a distribution
list the message seems to replicate itself and then it
tries to resend itself to all the recipients of the
distribution list. It then also seems to loop itself so
that a single message with about 100 recipients in the
distribution list has filled the outgoing SMTP queue with
up to 12000 messages (and this was when I looked about
18hrs after the email first came into the server).
Is anyone familiar with this problem and how to fix it?
